Types of Debts
Monarch collects debts owed by private, sovereign, and quasi-sovereign debtors including, but not limited to:
- Trade & Structured Finance (trade finance loans, invoices, Bills of exchange, promissory notes, Islamic funding, operating leases, collateralized, inventory financing, project long-term financing, and guaranteed obligations)
- Working capital (single bank and syndicated loans, subrogated and assigned debts, open account, bank revolving facilities, bridge loans)
- Special Situations (distressed assets, local currency debt receivables, synthetic foreign exchange solutions)
- Sovereign events (convertibility and transferability debt solutions, sovereign debt, and politically impaired assets)
